This was planned to run at least four issues (according to Delta-Nova Comics Catalog #1) but I'm unsure as to whether or not it actually did.
Outside In was a long-running series that collected artist self-portraits. Originally begun by Steve Willis, this issue is from the Hal Hargit/Edd Vick run.

Cover on bright pink stock, interiors on yellow. Saddle-stitched.
There are a few other artists I can't identify.
