This was the last release of 1980 run of Major Mishap. Full color covers penciled by Jim Valentino, airbrushed by Brad W. Foster, Quark I & II by Foster, original strips by Tamsula, Mishaps by Adams, Ryan and great art by everyone. This never actually got released and Blue Moon Productions collapsed under its own weight.
