Maximum Traffic Vol. 5, #2.

Contents include landscape drawing, life drawing, abstraction (stuff similar to that of Bill Shut/Jamie Alder) and a four-page comic on the origins of his "Wheatcake Productions" publishing banner.

United Fanzine Organization memberzine.

Maximum Traffic #179.

The White Buffalo Gazette is the newsletter/zine that took the place of Steve Willis' City Limits Gazette when it was retired (and that was originally inspired by Bruce Chrislip's zine of the same name as well as Clay Geerdes' Comix World newsletter).
Maximum Traffic was the first to publish WBG and this is from his original run.
This issue also included a four-page insert that lists new mini-comics and such.
12 pages plus four-page insert.
At least some copies are unbound.

There are a few artists I can't 100% identify: pp. 9, 13 top (Morgan Parducci?), 16 (Jenny Zervakis?), 18-19, 29 (Max Traffic?), 34

The White Buffalo Gazette is the newsletter / zine that took the place of Steve Willis' City Limits Gazette when it was retired (and it was originally inspired by Bruce Chrislip's zine of the same name as well as Clay Geerdes' Comix World newsletter). Several editors have published their own WBG over the years and it generally always contained comics, art, letters and info on new releases.
This issue is from Larned Justin's run and also contained a Halloween-themed insert by Delaine Derry Green.

There's no number designation on this issue of WBG but it appears it was published in 1995.
Contents include Gary Usher's "Obscuro Spotlight" (probably originally intended for Steve Willis' City Limits Gazette) on Comix World's Clay Geerdes. This Spotlight includes a one-page bio of Geerdes and six-and-a-half pages listing every Comix World/Comix Wave publication in Usher's collection.
