Fanzine from the Chicago chapter of the Academy of Comic Book Fans and Collectors (aka Comic Collectors of Chicago). Formerly titled just Chicago Chit-Chat.
#3 may or may not have been distributed (bound together) with #4. The one copy I've seen had them stapled together but possibly not complete.
Contents in that double issue included artwork (by Placzek and "RM"), comics news, a puzzle page, letters, more.
Cover-dated August but may have actually been released in September.
