The 2nd printing (and new date) is indicated on the inside front cover (in the indicia). However, the publisher is still listed inside as Egesta Comics. The publishing duties shifted over to Cup o' Tea Studios at some point but I'm not 100% certain whether this 2nd printing was actually published by Cup o' Tea or if it was leftover Egesta inventory (note the handwritten Cup o' Tea Studios label on the cover).
